During July 2005 Texspec removed vermiculite (containing asbestos) from all common areas including our entrance foyer, and 15 foyers on levels 2 to 16.Texspec completed the respraying of new textured coatings on these areas. Their workmanship is of a high standard. This was important in our case as we were 100% occupied over 56 apartments and had to carry out this task with minimal inconvenience to the occupiers.We have no hesitation in recommending Texspec for similar work.
